72-Hour No Refund Policy

Believe me, we get it. Things come up. But running events takes planning, commitment, and upfront costs. To keep things smooth (and the vibes high), here's how we handle refunds.

All ticket sales are final within 72 hours of the event.
Once we're three days out, we're locked in. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute schedule changes.

Why This Policy Exists

This policy helps us cover venue costs, staffing, and everything else that makes Oy Bay events possible.

Before the 72-Hour Window?

You can reach out to us at shalom@oybay.org with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. We'll take a look, no promises, but we'll be fair.

Rain or Shine

Events are rain or shine. Unless the city shuts us down, we're on.
